Every print is made after you order it. Here is how long that takes, what it costs to send, and what happens if something is not right.

Production
Prints are made in the studio in 2–4 working days unframed or 5–7 working days framed. Orders placed on a weekend start on Monday. You get an email with tracking the moment yours leaves.

Delivery
We ship across the United States. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days after dispatch and costs $8 per order, or nothing once your order reaches $75.
We do not ship outside the US yet. If you are elsewhere, write to us and we will tell you when that changes.

Packaging
- Unframed prints ship flat between rigid board, sleeved in glassine.
- Framed prints ship in a double-wall box with corner guards, ready to hang.
- No plastic bubble wrap. Every part of the packaging can go in household recycling.

Sizes and prices
The size is the paper size. Every print has a slim border so it sits neatly in a frame or mount.

Returns
Changed your mind? Send the print back within 30 days of delivery, unhung and in its original packaging, and we refund the print in full. Return postage is on you unless the mistake was ours.

If it arrives damaged
Take a photo of the print and the box and send it to us within 30 days. We reprint and resend at no cost, and you do not need to send the damaged one back.
